- Diagnose (weeks 1–2). Founder interviews, customer research, competitive teardown, analytics audit. We learn your business before we open Figma.
- Define (weeks 3–4). Strategy, architecture, creative territory, hypotheses. Stress-tested in an executive working session.
- Deliver (weeks 5–10). The actual build. Design, engineering, copy, campaigns — in parallel, not in sequence.
- Launch (weeks 11–12). Soft launch, press, staggered rollout, daily optimisation cadence for the first thirty days.
Why this shape
The shape is what compounds. Each phase produces an artefact that informs the next. You end up with an engagement that’s sharper at week twelve than it was at week four — not a ship-and-forget deliverable.
