Top-of-market compensation

We benchmark against FAANG and senior-agency salary data and pay at the 75th percentile. Cash compensation is not substituted with equity.

Fully remote

Work from any location. Two firm retreats per year (Lisbon and Kyoto in 2026). Attendance is optional. Travel is fully reimbursed.

30 days leave

We monitor under-use, not over-use. The firm closes for two weeks each December.
